3 months: Appropriately treated fractures typically heal within 3 months. Meniscus tears seldomly heal on their own, but they may not cause symptoms.

12 wks: Tib plateau fractures take about 6 wks to be partially healed. I usually restrict any weight bearing for about 8 wks. At 12 wks things are getting pretty solid. Medial meniscus: depends upon several factors. Unable to answer based upon info provided.
