Be specific: If this is acne you might be tempted to squeeze it off or squeeze out the contents. This is OK. Application of an "antibiotic" will not help. Benzoyl peroxide gel might be useful. If there is a significant issue, see a dermatologist. Your description lacks any detail needed for a meaningful comment otherwise.
