Folliculitis: It could be several things, but likely it is folliculitis. That is a usually mild infection where the hairs come out of the skin. You can get it from shaving or being in a hot tub. You can try washing after shaving with an anti-bacterial soap, such as dial. It can resolve without any treatment. Sometimes you will need antibiotics to get it to clear up.
