See your doc: This is likely a little "post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation" which happens is some people in the skin after an inflammatory response occurs due to infection/injury/etc. It may fade but can take up to 24 months. There are a lot of medicines out there ther are reported to reduce the color. Talk to your doc about this.
