On testosterone?: Most men with Kallmann syndrome do not go through puberty normally and have a defective sense of smell. Were you just diagnosed or have you known about this for years? The best treatment for lack of testosterone production causing poor genital development and low libido is testosterone by every 2-4 week injections, or by gel or patch. An endocrinologist will help confirm Dx and start treatment
