Possibly : There is an entity known as GERIAB or gastroesophageal reflux induced asthma and bronchospasm. It is thought that this is caused by acidic gastric juices entering the respiratory tract. Strenuous activity frequently worsens the symptoms. Suggest checking with your physician to have this investigated.
