Cataract surgery: can help increase the available space in your eye where fluid drains out. This can potentially lower your eye pressure. Sometimes, stents or a special laser is used in conjunction with cataract surgery to lower the eye pressure even further. If your vision is also impaired from cataracts, then the surgery will help with that too. Good luck.
