Some neuroscientists: andi theologians believe that near death experiences will manifest in a way consistent w/the culture and belief system of the person involved. So, nothing to be concerned about unless the experience was traumatic. Please see mental health therapist if so. Peace and good health.

Glad you had it: In many near-death experiences, there's only the autoscopic phase in which you see your own body, events nearby and so forth. We don't understand these, especially when folks seem to learn things that we wouldn't expect. The transcendent experiences may also be without theologic content. Don't expect a full explanation of what happened to you, at least in this life.

Beliefs: Hi. Religious beliefs are a product of some humans' minds, and have no bearing on reality. If you didn't meet sky-daddy in your near death experience, maybe you're just not preoccupied by superstitious thinking! Reality may be painful, but at least it's real. SCIENCE is how we study reality!
