Its ok: LEEPs are tolerated very well in the office. Your doctor will use a speculum just as they did with the pap smear. They will clean and numb the cervix with anesthetic which will cause a little pinching. You may have some cramping during the procedure. It is a relatively short procedure, lasting about 5 minutes.
