Doctors advice: It would not be appropriate for us to overrule the surgeon who did your procedure as that surgeon will know the extent of the surgery. Typically activities are restricted shorter than 4-6 weeks.

Ask the MD himself: You need to ask the MD who did the LEEP procedure and not the nurse. The MD will know how susceptible the area is to infection based upon the procedure and any complications.

I had a leep procedure yesterday. The doctor said I lost a lot of blood and I almost needed stitches. I was very weak and pale and slept since yesterday after the procedure. I feel like crap. When will I feel better?
I'm 7 days post LEEP procedure, & still experiencing extremely heavy, light brown to clear discharge. Is it possible that the doctor could have punctured/perforated my bladder during the procedure? If so, will it heal on it's own?
