What is it like to be cured from hypothyroidism by a special diet?

Doubt it: Hi. The only way a diet would cure hypothyroidism is if the hypothyroidism was due to iodine deficiency. We don't have iodine deficiency hypothyroidism in the US because iodized salt is everywhere. There is no diet that will cure autoimmune hypothyroidism. That requires thyroid hormone replacement.
