Yes, it's possible : But you need more information on lifestyle, diet and other baseline work up for it to work. Get a 2nd opinion from an integrative medical doctor locally to see where you are on the spectrum of hypothyroidism, and whether it's a primary or secondary condition. I have seen reduction in thyroid meds as a result. Get started early, and find out if acupuncture may be recommended too.
