What diet should someone with hypothyroid follow ? avoid what foods?

Good healthy balance: There is no hypothyroid diet. No avoid foods. If you are taking levothyroxine hormone replacement you will need to pay attention to how you take your medication, but generally this is not a big concern.

Iodine good.: foods from the sea have iodine good. ones that bind up iodine bad (these are all the healthy broccoli family foods like broccoli, kale, cabbage). Just have more good than bad and don't do silly amounts of either
