Fever, rash: Fever with gland swelling and rash sounds suspicious for a viral infection, with viral exanthem. These are usually self-limited, i.e. resolve as your immune system clears the virus. Tylenol (acetaminophen) as needed can help symptoms. If symptoms persist, however, you should see your doctor for evaluation.
