Separate problems. : The rash on the intertriginous areas are due to irritation and rubbing depending on your size and condition such as diabetes and sweating which can cause fungal infection. Nodes depend on the drainage system of lymph vessels and what you feel has to be above it to drain there. Look for possible infection from above such as pharyngitis or facial infection, even acne.
