Many choices: There are many possible causes for your symptoms. If this is new it could be a simple allergy or insect bite. If this has been going on long term it could be part of an eosinophilic syndrome, autoimmune disease, or many other problems. The appearance of the sores and duration of symptoms will help if you want to restate the question.

Went into the doctor for bruising all over the legs, and some other things (fatigue, head aches, genuinely unwell). I got my labs back, and my WBC was 5.62, RBC was at 4.42, lymphocytes 43.3, neutrophils 47.7. (Bruises have worsened/got more since)?
