HIV: No form of testing is free from false negative and false positive results, each of which occurs in roughly one in 1,000 tests. To be certain that you are not infected with HIV you should obtain a PCR for HIV RNA. Now, that having been said, the chances that you have HIV disease after negative Oraquick testing at about 80 days after exposure are highly unlikely.
