Two days makes no difference; 88 days is just as reliable as 90. But the oral fluids HIV test never turns positive in up to 5% of people with HIV. If HIV risk was low, you can consider it conclusive, but people at high risk for HIV should not rely on Oraquick as their only test. If you had a genuine high risk exposure, have a lab-based AgAb (4th generation) or 3rd generation antibody test.
