My ten yea old has been having stomach aches and throwing up and we did a mri and everything came back okay. what could it be?

Possibilities: There are many reasons why this could be happening, it all depends on what other symptoms he has been presenting. It would also be good to know what other tests he has had done. If not tried maybe would be good to give him lactose free diet or gluten free as well and see how he responds. Otherwise follow up with Gastroenterologist is advised.
