Supplements for: brain health can be useful but first see your doc to rule out medical conditions. you can also see a neuropsychologist for testing. After that, a natural health professional such as a doc or nutritionist can help you find appropriate supplements and doses. Peace and good health.

Memory / attention : Most supplements are harmless. Some have toxicity states ( B6 / Vit A, K, D & E ). If you are having problems with your attention you no doubt will have problems with several types of memory. Many things can interfere with optimal attention and memory . Rarely supplements help unless you have a specific deficiency state ( B12 and D are the most common ones that are deficient in my patients )
