A member asked:

Do i have a hearing impairment if i can't hear conversations in noisy restaurants very well?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possibly: But not necessarily probably. It seems that the new style is to have restaurants constructed so that the walls and ceilings reflect sound, and it becomes difficult to hear yourself think, to say nothing of listening to your dining companions, particularly if they are not seated next to you and cannot shout in your ear. If your hearing is in question, have your family doctor order an audiogram.
