Hard of hearing: You may have damaged your hearing. You need to see an ENT doctor to examine you and see if you have hearing loss and what to do about it.

Nerves don't fix: The damage you do to the fine hearing mechanism from barotrauma is not like a laceration that will heal if you stitch it.Once you injure nerve cells, they are not forgiving. Chances of any improvement other than by selective amplification (hearing aids) is unlikely.
