No: I agree with dr. Bansal for the most part. Milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin d, which are important to have for healthy bones and teeth. But drinking milk alone will not give you straighter teeth and a healthy smile.

Nope: Your body needs calcium to properly form tooth structure and bones. But drinking milk will not insure straight teeth. Check w md?Do to make sure you have a well balanced diet. Your body will channel all the calcium required into developing teeth (process starts in utero). Best thing you can do is avoid sugars/starches and keep mouth immaculately clean. Make sure to see dentist every 6 months.
