Diabetes , lupes ( in remission) bp, would any of these cause itching of skin, also swelling of feet. 2 weeks now?

Very possibly: Diabetic renal disease often causes swelling. Certain meds for lupus can (especially prednisone). Certain meds for BP can (especially Norvasc/amlodipine). Unless you have a rash/allergy, the itching is likely unrelated.
