Ok my tests show that my heart and lungs are fine. but im still haveing touble breathing and my left arm hurts what could be wrong with me?

Full workup: A complete evaluation for shortness of breath in your age group (26) should include spirometry with and without bronchodilator and methacholine challenge, lung volumes, diffusing capacity, pulse oximetry at rest and with exercise, echocardiogram, d-dimer, BNP, CBC, TSH and possibly a 30 day event monitor, & treadmill stress test. Have all those studies been done?
