Chest pain: Could be reflux and may benefit from ranitidine and or prevecid and elevation of head of bed at night. or gallbladder But a 46 could also be heart even in female or clot. Would follow up with ER today get EKG may needs studies for clot like V/Q scan or CT of chest or ultrasound to check gallbladder. F/U ER today
