My 5-year-old hit her head on the wall yesterday while jumping on the bed. she acts perfectly fine and normal. now she is saying her head gets pain when she coughs or sneezes. should i worry?

Even minor head trauma like that described here can result in headaches, sometimes intense, up to a week or so after the trauma. If the kid was not knocked out, lost memory, became dizzy or had other signs of significant head trauma/concussion, I would not worry about it.
