Yes: Pulsating pain in temples is typical and can be unilateral or bilateral. Face and hand numbness is common and can be unilateral or bilateral. Often there is nausea and irritation by light and sound. Aspirin and sleep are best treatment.

Could be a migraine: Migraine auras could manifests as "dizziness", "blurred vision", "vertigo", stomach pain" or "tingling/numbness". Usually after it starts, 5-10 min later the headache follows. Try tylenol (acetaminophen) or alleve. Coffee withdrawal can also trigger headaches, as well as impending menses. Just go see your doctor this week if the headache occurs. Usually the best therapy is sleep!
