Yes: Arthralgia or joint pain is not uncommon in hypothyroidism but you should not have joint pain only it is treated and TSH level is normal. Check TSH level and if it is normal then you should talk to your doctor to identiy other common diseases such as RA or JRA (Juvenile RA) or some autoimmune diseases like lupus which usually manifest as joint pain.
