Yes: yes to all those questions. if you are already on thyroid medication have you physician check a TSH and freet4 level

Hypothyroidism : Muscle weakness and muscle pain , difficulty concentrating , depression , sleep difficulties , dry skin , constipation , depression are some of the symptoms associated with Hypothyroidism . If you are experiencing these symptoms , you need to consult with your PCP and have the appropriate blood test for thyroid problems .

Yes: Arthralgia or joint pain is not uncommon in hypothyroidism but you should not have joint pain only it is treated and TSH level is normal. Check TSH level and if it is normal then you should talk to your doctor to identiy other common diseases such as RA or JRA (Juvenile RA) or some autoimmune diseases like lupus which usually manifest as joint pain.
