Does the disaccharidase have anything to do with thyroid disease and crohn's disease? thank you for your help doctors i'm very anxious.

It : Could lead to malabsorption and significant GI symptoms. And pain. Diarrhea cramping. Also wt loss and other health issues. Can mimick crohns symptoms. Need full work up to confirm either. Also simple blood test can help with thyroid disorder. Follow with PCP to get full work up. Symptoms can overlap.

Disaccharidse &Crohn: There is not any clear association with disaccharidase deficiency and thyroid or Chron's disease. There can be overlapping symptoms with these disease but not clear correlation.
