A member asked:

Could someone have frequent headaches for 10-15 years before being diagnosed with a brain tumour? or would they usually know sooner?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on tumor BUT: Very slow SLOW growing tumors such as meningiomas could take absolutely decades to form to a big enough size to be noticed clinically aside from headaches....chronic headaches for 10-15 years and no other accompanying abnormalities of a neurological nature? They are some type of headache until proven otherwise,....good luck.
