Trazodone notorious: Any of your meds new? Trazodone is notorious for CAUSING severe HA's as side effect. Ultram can cause rebound or medication overuse headaches. See a physician with an interest in headaches or neurologist. If they are severe (migraine like) then, you may need to be have something called status migranosus which usually means hospital based care. If not that severe still good idea to get checkup.
