You can call : And ask, if that's not possible, I'd wait till tomorrow as if you remove a freshly changed bandage it is possible the toe may start to bleed. So if you wait a day, that will likely not happen.

Call your podiatrist: I usually recommend patients wait 24 hours before changing the bandage and washing the toe. However, I have not seen your toe. I recommend you call your podiatrist and ask.

Yes: soap and water then apply an antibiotic cream. Put a bandage on if it's weepy
