Hello, is there risk at all if i have conceived on the last day of the 7 day hp-pac h.pylori treatment? would the antibiotics have effect on the egg?

HP-PAC for H. pylori: Lansoprazole, clarithromycin, and Amoxicillin are contained in this medication. Lansoprazole is Category B, meaning that animal studies show no toxicity to the fetus but there are no human studies. Amoxicillin should be quite safe. Clarithromycin is category C. The incidence of major and minor congenital malformations did not differ from the background incidence of 1% to 3% and 10% to 15%, respectively, in first-trimester exposure to clarithromycin.
