Cbd is large: A common bile duct usually is not that dilated. With history of bypass surgery a post operative stricture is a thought. It is still possible that a stone can be impacted at the opening. But it is important to find out. Talk to your doctor get to the bottom of this finding

Ok size: The size of the CBD after gallbladder removal increases. The pain in the back and the abdomen can sometimes represent an internal hernia that can happen after a gastric bypass. I would suggest making an appointment with your weight loss surgeon and having an evaluation.
