Mole Removal: Yes, you can remove a mole with a laser, but why would you. The laser is expensive and not real easy to use. It is cheaper and easier to freeze the mole to remove it and the recovery is much easier (no care vs cleansing and application of an antibiotic).

Probably not: A true mole, as compared to a freckle and other types of pigmentation, would not be completely removed with laser treatment, although it can be lightened. The challenge is you don't want to make the ability to notice changes in a mole, which might reflect a cancerous change. For these two reasons, laser is not commonly used to treat moles.
