Depends on diagnosis: This truly depends on the appearance of the lesion. If it is a true mole, it will likely require excision for a cure and to prevent malignant transformation. If it is however, a pigmented lesion, laser may be perfectly adequate. See a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis first.
