Pregnancy pain: It is not uncommon for women during later stages of pregnancy to have such pains in their abdomen after physical exertion due to abnormal shape and weight bearing the gravid uterus exerts on the abdomen. Rest should help alleviate the pain. If it continues or you see any abnormal vaginal discharge(blood,etc) you should see your OB.

Not unusual: If you did quite a bit of bending over during the cleaning process, your symptom is not out of the ordinary especially since rest makes you feel better. If you start spotting, that's maybe concerning. Be sure to hydrate yourself. Good health.
