The obvious secret: Eat less, exercise more and visit your doctor for physical exam routinely. Nothing crazy, just change your life style. it will take some time to lose 20kg, be patient it is an attainable goal. Good luck.

Diet and excercise: You need to analyse your diet. Decrease your caloric count, carbohydrate and any sugar containing drinks. You want to eat regularly , small portions many time of day. Eliminate chunk food, sugar and unhealthy snacks. Eat fruit, vegetables and drink water . Excercise routinely about 20-60 mins. You need to do cardio, weight and resistant excercise. Please advice with doc and get a trainer.
