Often: The very early signs are not usually seen on MRI. There are special criteria before you can say the MRI is considered ms

Not MS: At your age, if you had MS, it would be obvious clinically and MRI images would fully confirm. But, on occasion, brain shows few if any lesion, and spinal cord does demonstrate the problems. If your doctor is uncertain, might want to get Neck MRI
