Not usually: Dehydration causes dry mouth, fatigue and weakness. Your hormone problems from your chronic diseases and medications can cause muscle soreness. Low Estrogen and Testosterone can cause Tenderness of muscle. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor for a plan to stay active and comfortable.
