Try Meriva form: Turmeric & Curcumin are poorly absorbed but mixing them with fat enhances abosrption- for example, mixing with milk or coconut oil. Meriva is a patented extract of curcumin complexed with soy lecithin that has been shown to be about 30 times better absorbed than plain curcumin! See http://www.phytosomes.info/public/meriva.asp Meriva is sold by many companies such as Thorne, Now & Source Naturals.
