It is normal: Baby teeth are teeth appear in the mouth of a child and stay there for some years before falling and leaving their place to permanent teeth. Baby teeth shed earlier and permanent teeth erupt earlier in girls. Normally starting with the two lower central incisors at age (for permanent teeth ) 51/2 to 7 years. Your Dd slightly soon, but it is OK.

Not really: Average time, give or take 6-9 months, for the first baby teeth (lower middle incisors) to fall out is age 6 for girls, age 7 for boys. Your child is very young, and should be evaluated for systemic and/or dento-facial growth and development anomalies. Would strongly recommend that you consult with Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist.

Unusual: With only the information you gave us it's impossible to know whether or not there should be any concern. It's way out of the normal range of time to lose teeth, but if all else is normal, I wouldn't worry about it. We would need more information, a one on one clinical exam and definitely x-rays to give you a better answer. I strongly recommend that you consult with a Pedodontist just to be sure.

Teeth: It is normal. Every child’s development is individual. Would use softer diet, no hard foods. Further radiographic examination is necessary to determine status of the primary dentition.
