Not related with Sx: Clinical observation over decades had confirmed that prostate stones as shown in x-ray, tomograhy, CT, MRI, and US, are common, harmless, and not related with local discomfort or prostate cancer. So, there is no reason to worry about it and, of course, leave them alone,
