Tingly hand: Most likely you slept in a position that lessened the circulation. If it resolved within 10 minutes or so , I would not worry.

Were you: sleeping on your arm? you could've been cutting off circulation if you were sleeping on your arm in an awkward position.

Tingling in hand: This can be positional. You might have slept on your hand. Carpal tunnel might also cause that. Neck problems such as disk disease can also cause that. Drooling could happen if you sleep with your mouth open. Let your doctor check if you have nasal congestion or a condition such as sleep apnea
