It depends: As with any medication (surgery, too), choosing the best option depends upon cost (can you afford it), route of administration (are you willing to give yourself a shot, get an iv, apply cream daily, undergo surgery, etc), risk tolerance (are the potential side effects worth the desired outcome). For women, the only testosterone products are oral (which i don't recommend). Don't use products 4 men.

Depotestosterone inj: 20 mg intramuscular every 2 weeks. Or AndroGel topical gel. Can be applied to shoulder skin, 1/7 of packet daily after shower. Both are good. Good luck.
