There is a differenc: U are unlikely to have any problems as a result of your own testosterone, if it is within normal range. Low native testosterone can result in lack of energy, drive, libido ; erectile dysfunction.Androgel is associated with numerous side effects such as priapism (continued painful erection), breast enlargement, less commonly painful breasts, high BP etc, rarely heart attacks, stroke ; blood clots.
