Weight loss: Three times per week with one day off in between. The use of exercise for weight loss without restricting calories is not very effective.

It could: as part of an activity program couple with good eating habits, you could lose weight. If your daily caloric intake with exercise is less than the number of calories you need to maintain or gain weight, you should lose weight. If the difference is about 500 calories a day, you could lose one pound a week.
