Morning low back pai: If the pain is accompanied with stiffness and you have a history of previous low back strains you may have a chronic ligamentous strain of the area. With ligamentous laxity the muscles will tighted around the unstable ligaments causing am pain and stiffness. See a physician who does prolotherapy to evaluate you for this.
