Dermatitis: It could be eczema of hands or contact dermatitis of hands due to exposure to some chemical, such as latex gloves. Identify the agent and avoid re-exposure. Talk to your doctor and get topical steroid lotion for relief if not improve with OTC Hydrocortisone or Aveeno (oatmeal) lotion.
